Poster requirements:
- Students are responsible for printing and transporting their own poster.
- IMPORTANT: Maximum poster dimensions permitted are: 40" x 30". Layout design: portrait or landscape
- Minimum font for text: 24 pt.; title font should be at least 72 pt.
- Poster set-up: Posters may be set up from 3:00-5:00 PM, Thursday, April 4, 2024.
- Posters should be hung during times when talks are not in session.
- Posters will be assigned a number/location, and the schedule will be posted at the registration table; please mount your poster in your assigned space.
- Push pins (provided).
- The expectation at the conference is that each student is to be an author or co-author of a poster, except in special circumstances.
- This is your opportunity to present research, and high level project overviews without many results on posters are certainly fine - we are just excited to hear about your project!
- We encourage you to stand by your poster during the reception so others can ask you about your research. We will assign you a rotation of even #/odd # so you can walk about and look at other posters.
- Poster take-down: by 12:00 PM, Friday, April 5, 2024.
